I’ve got a fantastic ski trip planned for this weekend. Ever since I moved south, I haven’t had a chance to go back to my old stomping grounds to hit the slopes. Growing up with snow and winter sports as a kid, it made snowstorms and blizzards extremely fun to look forward to instead of dreading the shoveling aftermath. This weekend, though, will be a chance to rediscover a sport that I loved my whole life until a few years ago. For my ski tip, I’ve decided that I can part with my cute summer dresses for something more practical like ski jackets, snow pants and thick hats and scarves. I’m glad that I saved some of the clothes from my former days otherwise I’d be spending a lot of money on buying new snows clothes that I’d wear probably once a year. The warm winter clothes are usually around the same price as the luxurious linen pieces down here, so I’m super glad that I don’t have to buy too many new clothes for a weekend trip. Now, all I need to do is find my ski goggles and get pumped for some snow activities!

If you are planning to spend the night somewhere far then buy a lot of outdoor equipment including sleeping bags. If you don’t bring sleeping bags to your trip then you won’t have a place to sleep. If you plan on sleeping in your car then you will be prone to getting your car stolen because you would leave it open.
